Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at NeedsDuctTape@ThatDadThing.com. We’ll send return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at NeedsDuctTape@ThatDadThing.com. We’ll grab the duct tape and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items. If you have a question about a specific item, email us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or design is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at NeedsDuctTape@ThatDadThing.com.
