We want you to be completely happy with your That Dad Thing purchase. If you’re not, contact us within 30 days after delivery at NeedsDuctTape@ThatDadThing.com with your order number, and we’ll help with a refund or exchange.

We accept returns of new and slightly used products within 30 days after delivery, whether defective or non-defective, and we accept exchanges. There is no restocking fee.

Please contact support before sending anything back. If a physical return is required, That Dad Thing supplies a prepaid printable return label. We’ll provide any return or exchange instructions directly when you contact us.
