Horrible Idea: Dad Would Like the Start Time
The neighbors have proposed a dads-versus-kids relay race. Nobody has warmed up. The kids have been running around all afternoon. One of the dads says he was pretty fast in high school.
Your dad shakes his head. He knows exactly where this is going.
"That's A HORRIBLE Idea! (What Time?)"
Twenty minutes later, he's at the starting line discussing strategy with three men who came over to borrow a folding chair. He has assigned an anchor leg. He has opinions about the handoff. He would like everyone to take this seriously.
The kids win. Dad requests a rematch. Apparently the first race was just to establish what needs work.
Dad Approved because he warned everybody, and he'd hate to miss being right in person.
